MEET OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
TOM MITLO
Tom Mitlo is the Executive Director of Reclamation Community Center which houses Haven Childcare Center, Sheep Inc., The Food Pantry, Celebrate Recovery and many other services and ministries. Tom is a Slippery Rock State College graduate with over 40 years in business and ministry. Tom has successfully started and or operated four for-profit and not-for-profit companies. As the Founder and Executive Director of Reclamation Community Center, he is committed to integrity, the pursuit of excellence, and creating a positive, team-oriented environment.
Tom exemplifies excellent leadership skills that have allowed all of these programs to come to life. While he never imagined a food pantry and childcare would be a part of his career path, he is excited for all that God will bring forth in this new chapter of ministry. Outside of Reclamation Community Center, Tom is a husband of 40 years to Jan and father to their three adult children and their lab mix Nola. Tom is an avid outdoorsman. In his "spare" time he enjoys hunting and fishing, kayaking, hiking and mountain biking.
